• Reported by HUD on June 17, 2011 our PHAS score for Fiscal year 2010.  Our total score of 85 out of a possible 100 (Standard Performer.) The scoring summary for 2010 is as follows:
• Financial-26 out of a possible 30
• Management-27 out of a possible 30
• Physical-23 out of a possible 30
• Resident Satisfaction-9 out of a possible 10

The current PHAS system is under going a new rule change by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
